“MCS Coca-Cola” Company annually announces a promotional program for its consumers during the summer season. This summer’s promotional program “OPEN THE MAGIC” is a campaign where consumers:
- can drink their beverage,
- check the cap,
- and instantly become a winner. By purchasing products with a yellow cap, consumers can check the inside of the bottle cap for a chance to win a trip to Hong Kong. The program will run for three months.
Participation requirements::

- М-Си-Эс Consumers can participate in the program by purchasing products with a yellow cap labeled “OPEN THE MAGIC” from seven brands of MCS Coca-Cola Company.
- By checking the inside of the bottle cap, consumers can see whether they have won.
- Consumers may participate in the program multiple times during the three-month campaign period.
Travel Prize and Related Conditions

- When consumers check the inside of the bottle cap, they will see either “THANK YOU” or “DISNEYLAND.”
- If a consumer receives a cap marked “DISNEYLAND,” they will win a trip to Hong Kong.
- If a consumer wins, they must bring the bottle and the cap together with their identification to the MCS Coca-Cola Company office to verify the prize.
(Consumers in local areas who win the prize can obtain detailed information from their respective local branches.)

- The winning consumer is responsible for keeping the bottle and cap properly and bringing them undamaged. If they are lost or discarded, MCS Coca-Cola Company will not be responsible.

- With the consumer’s consent, the name, comments, and information about the prize of the winning consumer will be publicly shared on the Facebook page.
- If a consumer does not wish for this information to be published, they may notify the company via info@mcscocacola.mn

The security and quantity of the bottle caps have been verified by MCS Coca-Cola Company.
“OPEN THE MAGIC” Summer Promotion Program’s General Terms and Conditions
Consumers participate in the program by purchasing products with yellow caps from seven brands of MCS Coca-Cola Company. MCS Coca-Cola Company assumes full responsibility for the rights and obligations related to the program.
- Who can participate?
1.1 Participants must be citizens of Mongolia aged 18 or above. If a person under 18 wins the prize or travel reward, they must travel together with a guardian. In this case, the guardian will be responsible for their own travel expenses.
- Rules Related to the Program
2.1 MCS Coca-Cola Company will not disclose consumers’ personal information to the public without their consent.
2.2 Whether a consumer has won will be verified by the writing inside the bottle cap.
2.3 When confirming the prize, the winner must submit the bottle cap together with the bottle to the organizing party.
2.4 The prize cannot be transferred to another person. In unavoidable circumstances, it may be transferred based on mutual agreement between the parties.
2.1 Validity Period of the Travel Prize
2.1.1 The travel prize is valid between October 20, 2023, and November 20, 2023, during the scheduled travel program period.
2.2 Rules Related to Improper Storage or Forgery of Bottle Caps
2.2.2 If the bottle cap has been altered, damaged by external influence, or forged, the organizer will not be responsible, and the prize cannot be awarded.

3.1 Limitations of the Prize or Travel Reward
3.1.1 There are 30 travel prizes to Hong Kong available.
3.1.2 MCS Coca-Cola Company will not cover expenses outside the Hong Kong travel package program.
3.1.3 Any risks during the trip that are not related to the organizer will be the responsibility of the winner.
3.2 Verification of the Prize or Travel Reward
3.2.1 The prize will be verified when the consumer brings the bottle and bottle cap marked “DISNEYLAND” together with their identification to the organizer. (Photos of the bottle or cap are not valid.)
3.2.2 The winning consumer must notify the organizer and confirm the prize in person by August 31, 2023.

3.3 Conditions Under Which the Prize Will Not Be Awarded
3.3.1 The prize cannot be awarded based on the conditions stated in Section 2.2.
3.3.2 If the prize is not verified before August 31, 2023, which is the validity period of the program, the prize cannot be awarded.

2. Within how many days must the prize be reported?
The prize must be reported no later than August 31, 2023.
3. If the winner cannot claim the prize in person, can someone else do it on their behalf?
Yes. The representative must fully verify that they are representing the winner, such as confirming via phone call with the winner or presenting a copy of the winner’s ID.
4. What happens if one person wins twice?
The prize may be transferred to a representative after agreement with the organizer.
